Corporate Catering
Wild Cherry Events prides itself on smooth and reliable service and will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your event guests will leave feeling satisfied.
We cater for breakfast, morning and afternoon tea and lunch and have a number of options available.
- Individual breakfast and lunch boxes – $33 per person (includes GST) (minimum ten)
- Breakfast boxes – the boxes include a croissant with ham and cheese, fruit muffin, fruit salad, yoghurt, muesli, quiche and a pancake or piece of banana bread with butter and jam.
- Lunch boxes
- Large lunch box – these contain a large piece of quiche, two mini sweet muffins, fruit salad, green salad, bread roll with butter and a tub of nuts.
- Large quiche and salad lunch box – contains a piece of quiche, garden salad with dressing, fruit salad and bread roll with butter and a cupcake
- Small quiche and salad box – contains a piece of quiche, garden salad with dressing and a bread roll with butter.
- Wrap box – contains a ham, cheese and tomato wrap, large fruit muffin, egg and lettuce bread roll, small piece of quiche and fruit salad
- Morning and Afternoon Tea – $22 per person (includes GST) (minimum ten)
- Morning / Afternoon Tea Boxes – sweet , savoury or half and half boxes available. The savoury boxes include cheese, crackers, deli meat, carrots, celery, small dip and antipasto treats. The sweet boxes include a scone with jam and cream, chocolate brownie, fruit salad and cupcake (personalised with your logo – time permitting). Half and half boxes are a mixture of savoury and sweet.
- Buffet Style Catering – $44 per person (includes GST) (minimum ten)
- Breakfast – we supply everything you need for a corporate breakfast. This includes cereals and milk, breads, muffins and crumpets, quiche, fruit salad, yoghurt, banana bread, pancakes, waffles and more. We also supply toasters, sandwich presses and other items needed to cook croissants and breads. All condiments also provided.
- Morning and Afternoon Teas – a mixture of sweet and savoury items including finger foods such as sausages rolls, mini quiches, sushi, devilled eggs, scones, slices, cupcakes and more. These items are placed on serving boards and set up for your guests to enjoy.
- Lunch
- Cold Meat and Salad Selection – a selection of cold meats including ham and chicken along with a variety of salads to share including potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad pumpkin and feta salad and mediterranean salad (number of salads dependant on numbers)
- Grazing Boards – Sweet, savoury or half and half grazing boards made for the size of your group.
- Individual Serves: – $5.50pp (GST included) (minimum ten)
- Sones with jam and cream

- Mini Pavlovas with fresh fruit (GFO)

- Homemade Sausage rolls with tomato or BBQ sauce
- Bacon, halloumi and pesto bites (GFO)
We offer two different corporate catering delivery options including:
- Items are delivered to your business/venue (charges apply) or picked up from our Margate venue prior to the event. This allows you to heat and serve at your convenience.
- The items are delivered to your business/venue and heated and served by our staff members (delivery and staff charges apply)
We ask that all menu choices must be finalised one week prior to the event. No changes will be allowed after this time.

Allergies: Please contact us via email for any dietary requirements PRIOR to a booking (wildcherryeventsbrisbane@gmail.com). Extra charges may apply.
Alterations: From time to time we may need to substitute items in our catering packages. If we are required to do this, the substituted item will be of the same quality and quantity as the advertised item.
Cancellations: We understand that plans can change and sometimes cancellations are inevitable. Wild Cherry Events has the following cancellation policy in relation to our food hampers
In the event that you need to cancel your event and a change of date is not agreed upon:
- If notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days pre service/event delivery we will retain a 20% booking fee.
- If notification of cancellation is received between 5-14 days pre service/event delivery 50% of the full contracted amount is payable.
- Within 0-5 days pre service/event the full contracted amount is payable.
Wild Cherry Events reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment in full is not received within 14 days of the event. Monies paid will not be refunded. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Food Licensing: Wild Cherry Events hampers comply with the Food Act 2006 standards. However, once the cart is delivered to a home, Wild Cherry Events accepts no responsibility for the care and storage of the food. We advise food should be refrigerated at all times prior to eating and food should be kept in the fridge, no longer than 24-48 hours.
Special Note on COVID-19: Wild Cherry Events complies with all government legislation and directives in relation to COVID19. We have a strict Covid Policy which will be provided to you when booking. Please ensure that you read this thoroughly prior to paying your deposit.
