Are you looking for a unique way to spoil your loved one??? Wild Cherry Events has four exclusive romantic overnight bell tent packages at the beautiful Woodford Gardens. Settled amongst gorgeous bushland these luxurious packages are available to only four couples each night ensuring privacy and exclusivity.
Your package includes:
- Beautiful bell tent set-up
- Queen sized mattress and bedding
- Cushions
- Fairy lights and romantic inside lighting
- Welcome basket
- Three course candlelit dinner delivered to your bell tent including glass of wine
- Six mini Valentines Day cupcakes
- Complimentary breakfast at the Woodford Gardens Cafe
- Bottle of pink moscato (or non-alcoholic wine if requested)
- Mosquito coils
- Bluetooth speaker
- Shared bathroom
When:
- Friday 11th February to Saturday 12th February – 12 noon Friday to 10am Saturday
- OR
- Saturday 12th February to Sunday 13th February – 2pm Saturday, pack down by 12 noon Sunday
Cost: $599.50 (includes GST) – all inclusive – nothing to do, nothing to bring!

Cancellations: We understand that plans can change and sometimes cancellations are inevitable. Wild Cherry Events has the following cancellation policy in relation to our ticketed events:
- Packages are non-refundable (unless as a result of COVID lockdown or relevant restrictions then 100% will be refunded)
- Packages may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please advised Wild Cherry Events of this via wildcherryeventsbrisbane@gmail.com
- Wild Cherry Events reserve the right to cancel the booking if required numbers are not reached. In this case, all tickets will be fully refunded.
Special Note on COVID-19: The COVID-19 situation has seen big changes for everyone. With the introduction of strict new laws, Wild Cherry Events has developed a COVID Safe plan and is working within all the government guidelines and restrictions. All staff have been trained in COVID safe practices.
