Wild Cherry can organise all aspects of special events including catering, decorations, floral arrangements, unique styling, invitations, balloons and more. We are also highly experienced in running all aspects of corporate events and are able to manage registrations, sponsorships, venues and catering, themed dinners and product launches.

Carolyn Rothwell: Founder and Director: Carolyn has worked in both the private and public sector for over twenty years with extensive experience in both non-profit and commercial organisations. She has spent fifteen years working in the human services field before delving into the world of tourism, event planning and social media marketing. For several years Carolyn has been responsible for coordinating every aspect of high-end corporate events, with delegates steaming from health professionals to members of parliament. Carolyn has also been responsible for styling many smaller party events including birthday parties, high teas, pamper weekends, training events, and baby showers. In 2019, Carolyn decided to branch out on her own and created Wild Cherry Events and the rest is history or so they say!!
Denise Rose: Director and Wedding Coordinator: Denise joined the Wild Cherry team in December 2020 and took on a partnership role with Carolyn. Denise has worked within the event field for over ten years with the last six years specialising in engagements, elopements and weddings. Denise has an eye for style and loves to work with a customer from start to finish to create a dream event.
Courtney Dowling: Event Stylist: Courtney is Wild Cherry’s chief artist! She loves art, painting, drawing, styling, or creating, it does not matter. Courtney loves to start with a blank canvas, working through a process of trial and error to reach the end product! While Courtney loves to style new themes she acknowledges that there is something special about revisiting themes to build on them and grow them into bigger and better events.
Jodie Rothwell: Event Stylist: Jodie loves to style and decorate! Attention to detail and staying true to a theme is very important to her so she will move mountains to find the right props and products for your event. Jodie loves to experiment with new ideas, concepts and themes, many of which are influenced by her extensive overseas travel. Jodie has a wonderful hubby and 21 year old daughter who keep her on her toes. Let Jodie help you style your next event. The more creative, the better!
Jeanette Foster: Chef: Jeanette is our all round home cook. She creates the most delicious home made cakes, slices and savoury finger foods. Jeanette is not afraid to experiment and try new recipes to build on the Wild Cherry menu . Jeanette is Also Wild Cherry’s all-round helper doing all the odd jobs that need to get done to make a business run. We love our all-rounder! She’s just the best!!
Taylor Weber: Junior Event Assistant: Taylor is passionate and motivated with experience in the hospitality industry. She has a talent in fashion, sewing, coffee making and cooking. Taylor has completed certificates in Kitchen and Operations, Hospitality, Business and Events.
Kate Symons: Junior Event Assistant: Kate is currently completing Year 12 and is also in her final stages of completing a Certificate III in Events and a Certificate II in Tourism. Kate has a desire to enter in the arena of event management as a long term career and is keen to learn all there is to know.
