When we take on an event our philosophy is that each event is unique and so we individualise them and make no two events the same. We understand that each person and business has their own ideas and dreams and we will work with you to bring these to life. 

Wild Cherry can organise all aspects of special events including catering, decorations, floral arrangements, unique styling, invitations, balloons and more. We are also highly experienced in running all aspects of corporate events and are able to manage registrations, sponsorships, venues and catering, themed dinners and product launches. 

Whether a high tea for 10 close friends, party for 50, fundraising gala ball for 200 or conference for 400, Wild Cherry Events combines experience with creativity to deliver chic, flawless and memorable events. Our team


Carolyn has worked in both the private and public sector for over twenty years with extensive experience in both non-profit and commercial organisations. She spent fifteen years working in the human services field before delving into the world of tourism, event planning and social media marketing. For several years Carolyn has been responsible for coordinating every aspect of high-end corporate events, with delegates steaming from health professionals to members of parliament. Carolyn has also been responsible for styling many smaller party events including birthday parties, high teas, pamper weekends, training events, and baby showers. Carolyn is personable, hard-working and thrives on creating exceptional events that create memories that last a lifetime. 

Hannah is completing her final year of a Business and Marketing degree at the University of Technology. She looks after all things marketing and advertising and is the queen of taking photos! Hannah is always thinking ahead to make sure that we plan, advertise and get our events out to you all!

Jodie is an expert at all things hampers and grazing boards. She knows exactly where to put things to make them look just perfect, adding colour and garnishes to bring the hampers to completion. Jodie also makes all our gift cards and has a. flair for bringing together colours and ideas! You may meet Jodie as she also assists in the delivery of our hampers especially during busier times. 

Jeanette is our all-round helper doing all the odd jobs that need to get done to make a business run. She is also responsible for administration and bookwork. We love our all-rounder! She’s just the best!!
